Stayed in a "terrace and patio" room. So posh! The closest airport was "oh so convenient". Loved the "free private parking". Not to mention the "seating area"! Fabulous!

I mean, who needs a hairdryer or a mirror near a plug? And who needs a TV?

Lovely apartment with all necessary amenities for a comfortable overnight stay. Tea/Coffee/Milk provided. Very nice shower room. Convenient switch to turn off the noisy fridge overnight. Lovely view over the countryside. Nice patio area. Short walking distance to a pub serving good food.

I had a great week at Garden Studio, enjoying the lovely outlook and watching sunsets while sitting outside. The hosts were very helpful, even providing a comfy chair for me to enjoy the February sunshine indoors. The studio had everything I needed, including a kettle, toaster, fridge, and a choice of hob or microwave. The bed was luxuriously comfy, the shower room was great, and there was even a dining table and heating. The private and quiet setting made it a perfect retreat. I also loved the daffies and treats provided. The Red House pub just 100 meters away served fantastic food. I highly recommend both the pub and the lovely annex.

came in newbury to explore new places, this apartment was unique base for making it happen. the location in the city was peaceful, so close to canal to newbury and to kintbury village, the garden and highclere castle and avebury. the view was lovely, and we were located to an excellent pub for food.

Terrace and patio: The highlight of our stay was definitely the outdoor space. We enjoyed sipping our morning coffee on the terrace, soaking up the sun and listening to the birds chirping. It felt like our own little oasis, a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Minor noise issue: occasional traffic noises.

We stayed in this place for a night and found it to be a suitable accommodation that we would recommend to others.

Spacious Terrace: I felt like a VIP basking on my own private beach. With plenty of room to lounge and enjoy the fresh air, it was the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sunshine. Definitely the highlight of my stay!
